The O Scale Sanders Grocery and Supply LASERkit from American Model Builders is based based on an existing building found in an old issue of Narrow Gauge and Short Line Gazette magazine. We suspect it originally served as some type of small retail business, possibly with an apartment upstairs, as the article's photos did show a stairway. It could easily serve as the local barber shop, bakery, hardware store, caf or even a small home on your layout as well.
